Getting really bad at just zoning out when people are talking to me. It happens almost every time I have a conversation. Just drift off and then think, fuck what are they saying now. My bf is the only one who pulls me up on it with 'fucking listen to me, you NEVER listen to me'. I always say, 'give me a fucking chance to process the last thing you just said FFS', I don't think people give me enough time to think all the things I want to think after their first few sentences.

Maybe I'm just a really slow thinker.
