Webex in front of me, headset on the conference call and now some people I've never talked to who seem well smug are telling me how everything's going to be great, and big measures are being undertaken to make everything better.

Had a real life one just last week too, seriously who needs two town halls in a row. Highlight of the real life was at the end of the Q&A when one chap said "I'd just like to point out that there are 57 countries in Africa, not 38" which was met with some Gervais-esque laughter and further digging from the presenter desperately trying not to be a racist.
