Going to see dolly in June thought I had found best place to stay for only 60 pounds, travelodge in docklands only a mile away but apparently an Hour and a half walk because seemingly London doesn't put bridges over the Thames very often.

So there are places the right side of the rive but they are double the price. mr S now says he wants to drive up and back but that is a bit of a pin in one day/night especially as we will have already done 2 hour commutes that day.

So advice please...is tube or bus easy from docklands to 02 or is there better way/ place to stay? Apparently getting a taxi after a concert is tricky too...THanks!
