The anti-Scottish-independence campaign seems to have jumped the shark a bit recently.*
First there was Lord Robertson saying that it would give comfort to bad guys (I'm paraphrasing) across the world. I suspect few people outside Europe will notice. Then today the Secretary of State said that it would put the Scottish justice system under threat. But that's already devolved, so independence would make no difference.
I'm not Scottish and I am strictly neutral on the whole issue, but it does seem to me that the no campaign is getting a bit hysterical. Surely counter-productive I would have thought?
