I've noticed this has been on the rise in the last few years. I'm not talking about full-on racists who are complete cunts and cause harm, I'm talking about otherwise-reasonable but under-educated people who occasionally say borderline-racist/xenophobic things amongst themselves, typically from small nimby pimpy towns and villages in South England.
