Seeing as you're all so good at calling out broscience exercise and nutrition myths...
I have a question about eating after exercise. Many people say you should eat within an hour after exercise to make sure your muscles get the right nutrients to repair (or is it that your blood is pumping around quite quickly and so the good stuff gets straight there?) Is this true?
I'm more interested in the maths type mehodor thinking on this, rather than people who care about the well being of other humans.
