Struggling to get my head round this conviction - surely the Drs/pharmacist are also culpable in some way for prescribing and advising regarding morphine use in breastfeeding (assuming the high morphine level via breast milk was cause of death which I still think is very unlikely)

Also if a genetic default was a probable cause surely a small dose of morphine given orally to the baby by the mother is equally as plausible as the breastmilk theory?
