It's strangely hypnotic trying to work out what they're saying. It's not the accent, it's that awkward, half-acting cadence they all seem to speak in.

Also every episode I've seen seems to follow the same kind of formula. They all go out into the yard and smash turnips or something for ten minutes, then they mooch around in the house trying not to trip over each others' chins.
