April Gym/Exercise Thread
I feel like there are enough of us trying to get in shape here to do a monthly thread or something.
So: how's it going?
I hit a bit of a slump this past two weeks - still going to the gym 4/5 times a week, but really going through the motions and not putting the effort in. Felt a lot like a waste. SO. Trying to push back into being motivated. Have changed my diet to basically meat, fish and veg, (but porridge for breakfast) and now trying to break up weight sessions by doing days of just rowing sprints. Tried my first set this morning and ended up face down on the floor feeling sick after the 5th pass. STILL. Fun.
How about you? What are you focussing on? What are you finding hard? Are you training for anything in particular?
