being on a bloody diet
reaching that point where I'm losing motivation - long story short: I was losing weight gradually each week but have now reached a plateau where I'm not losing any weight at all (have possibly not had enough calories each week and thus slowed my metabolism right down). It's been about three weeks of nothing despite still watching what I eat and trying to get some more exercise (started walking to/from work weather permitting).
Anyway, tell me your success stories.
Oh, and I started using myfitnesspal as someone on here recommended it and it is fantastic.
