So the policy, so far, is saving the government money. GOOD NEWS EH?

But, uh-oh, only 6% of people affected have actually moved into more `appropriate` accomodation and 28% of people affected have fallen into rent arrears for the first time.

So there you have it. Policy making at its finest.
