Since every idiot is making cupcakes, or going on cupcake making courses and cupcakes are essentially rubbish cakes, WHERE ARE THESE CUPCAKES GOING? Because I'm not eating them, all I'm seeing is everyone making them. Where are the cupcake mountains?

Stupid food and drink trends to give a sense of meaning or purpose to our otherwise lifeless existences are fine if they're nice. Pulled pork, craft ale, overpriced coffee - all wanky, but all nice. But cupcakes? I'm sure all the people making cupcakes now are the ones who were doing burlesque classes 5 years ago. The burlesque industry must be fucked.

I know this rant is about 2 years past its sell-by date. Sorry.
