do you do this? i do. it's terrible i think.
always eat my lunch early. not really coz i'm hungry, just coz i can't be arsed to wait.
inevitably wont be able to wait til dinner so i'll eat some junk in the afternoon. tried doing graze boxes to make it healthier but ended up with loads of trail mix ones and raisins can do one tbqph.
