I'm going there for a quick trip next weekend. Can you give me ideas for a 3 night/2.5 day itinerary?

House of Terror
Castle
Parliament
Ruins
Hill

Is it better to wander around the amazing buildings at night?
But i feel i need more. The other thread mentioned Turkish baths. Can anyone name a particularly good one? Also, i can't swim (yes yes i know) - do you need to be able to swim?

Memento park sounded interesting, but has mixed reviews from what i've read

Also looking for
- cool bars
- is there much of a clubbing scene?
- cool live music places
- neighbourhoods to visit/avoid
- grub
