Essentially, I'm asking, have the Generation Y hipsters got their hands on housing yet?

I know they probably convert loads of old places, but have some bright young things starting building loads of new ones yet?

Cause, yeah, it's really great that we're good at making places that sell really nice hotdogs, but can't our generation do something more useful?
