So we're likely to be leaving Stoke Newington/Dalston in the near future to somewhere we can get a bit more for our money. A quick search shows we can get a two bed flat with a garden in Leyton/stone for what we're paying for a one bedroom now, or maybe even a little less.

I know a few of you off here live in these areas. What's it like? One of them is a bit more upmarket than the other one isn't it?
