I have a lodger from Japan with me at the moment. I've been mostly entertaining myself this week by making Mr Japan eat a different English sandwich for lunch each day.

I'm running out of ideas and he's here til the 20th - suggestions please!

The list so far:

Monday: cheese and pickle (he loved it)
Tuesday: ham and piccalilli (also loved it)
Wednesday: ham and philadelphia (not really an English classic I know, but the fridge was pretty bare - he said it was o.k.)
Thursday: BLT (he thought it was o.k., bit salty)
Today: egg mayo (.....wait and see)

be sensible....or not, it's up to you.
