I have got this (frankly) ridiculous presentation to give at a job interview on Thursday:

''The focus of the presentation should be on the considerations that would be taken into account when deciding to buy a mobile phone for the first time. The presentation should focus on the evaluation and the decision making process to explain HOW you would decide which handset, contract, network etc, rather than which one you would buy.''

I have never bought a mobile phone (jfc). What actually ARE the considerations that I would need to take when choosing:
- handset?
- contract?
- network?
