I'm fairly sure a thread must already exist for this but it seems to have reached a new level tonight. 14 reported deaths and by the looks of things absolute chaos in the square that was being occupied after riot police attempted to move in earlier. Talks between president/prime-minister (I've forgotten which) and the opposition painfully slow to materialise. Dunno what there is particularly to debate here but it just amazes me that something like this can happen in the first place.
