Hi guys,

I'm going to attempt to make my first ever lamb curry tonight.
Anyone got any good recipes? I plan to cook the lamb for several hours on the stove, although in the future I do plan to try to make on using my slow cooker.

I'm not really sure where to start though. Should I cook the onions before adding the lamb? Probably.
I plan to use tomatoes, red peppers, onions, garlic, ginger, fresh chilli etc but what are the best spices for lamb? We have a pretty extensive collection of spices but I don't want to over-spice it and end up with something bland

What's your favourite curry recipe? What's your favourite side dish to make?
