Trying to move house, supposed to be getting keys today, letting agent needs 2 proofs of address. They will only accept: bank statements, HMRC letters, or utility bills. Must be within the last 3 months.

Tried explaining to them that I don't get paper statements and they won't budge.

Is it just me that doesn't get paper statements?
