At what point would your cup of tea / coffee:

- have cooled down to just the right temperature to drink;
- (in the event that you'd accidentally forgotten about it) be too cold to drink?

In the absence of any sensible way of measuring temperature we'll class 10 as being freshly-poured and 0 as being as cold as tap-water.
