I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 that I have on a contract with Vodafone (yeah, I know fucking buy a handset and giffgaff - next time alright?). Had it for about 18 months. It will no longer charge. I hear rumours of an 2 year warranty. What will happen if I walk into a Vodafone shop tomorrow demanding satisfaction? Will they replace the handset? Repair it? Offer me a courtesy phone if it needs to be sent off? Would a dodgy unlock/x-press on cover man be able to fix it for a tenner?
