Are those the right words? dunno. I think I'm doing everything right.

should I select IMAP or POP3 in the drop down in box on the left? I have info for both?
incoming and outgoing server is the name of my hosting site yes?
in the box on the right I am entering the port numbers given.
also, on the connection tab of the right hand box I have tried saying that it is a secure connection or some shit.

On one try it said it connected to the POP3 or something, but failed to do a test message. all other tries have just failed to do anything.
