Bit shit innit?

I jut don't agree children should be streamlined and their fate (to an arguable degree) sealed at that stage. eleven fucking years old man.

I didn't get into (the state) school I wanted to go to when I was 10/11. I had an interview with the headmaster (everyone did) and he asked me if I went to an island, what three books would I take. I told him I didn't really read books but I did love art and I had some drawing books that I would take. "But you can't draw on ther island" he said. "I can draw in the sand" I replied. REJECTION.

Fucking hell .What a crock of shit. God forbid a child at 11 isn't academic but enjoys other pursuits.

Also, my workmate's niece had to sit a THREE HOUR exam this week to get into a fee paying secondary. Fucking hell. I don't want to meet an 11 year old who cares about exams.
