often see women with brollies up when it's not even raining but was a few minutes ago
but have noticed of late that blokes have started having them up when you can barely notice the rain

when i have one it has to be pretty bad before it goes up but was thinking that as i'm carrying it anyway would it be better to stick it up at the first sign?
