Generic "Frying Steak"
Why is this always so shit? Does it come from a shit part of the cow? Every now and then I'll be going for a Rib-Aye and spot a bit of Frying Steak and think "thrifty", only to realise I could have put it to better use re-soling my shoes after frying it up.
False economy. Always go for the better option.
