Been reading this book about some lad who used to live in a North Korean prison camp and was telling my mum about it and I kept having to swallow when I was talking, and then my hands were all trembly and I still feel all jittery now. Almost like I was doing public speaking even though I was only talking to my mum. Always happens and it's weird and embarrassing. I think I look like I'm going to cry or something.
