Posting the less than (or probably the greater than) symbols breaks a whole post. I've noticed it deletes everything between the symbol and an apostrophe later in the post. Used to work, dunno when it broke. Assume it's some kind of attempt to prevent HTMLHELL happening again, in which case it's a borked attempt - just do a find/replace on the two symbols and replace with encoded characters "<" and ">".
