It's the first proper hump day of the new year, making it potentially the biggest hump of the year to get over (oooh pardon). How's it going?

I have a new boss from this week who doesn't understand Windows and have spent the first hour of my day trying to change colours for her in outlook because she doesn't like how it looks. This is not even slightly my job. Send help.
