I'm gonna nominate Jeremy Hunt. I know there are far worse humans in the world, but it's the combination of his demeanour, his arrogance and his trashing of the NHS, mixed with 'market speak' that's on the verge of being obscene.

Gonna have to get International Cunt of the Year a little more thought, but Putin is definitely up there.
