All my office walking is done quickly. Doesn't matter if I'm trying to get to a super important meeting (because I'm kind of a big deal), heading for the printer or going to the kitchen/toilet/both. Full speed at all times.

My colleague prefers the very full/slightly messy desk technique. I can't fault it.
