Knife sharpening (FAO of the Kitchen Crew)
Got a nice set of knives earlier in the year, but using them recently it feels a bit like they've lost their edge (hah!). Had a shufty in Lakeland at the weekend, seems there are quite a few options in the sharpening department - a contraption you drag the knife through, a proper steel thing, and a fancy stone you have to soak in water (dunno).
Balonz? Jacques? Thewarn? What do you do?
