What are the best simple games that you can play with a few friends and minimal props/equipment?

Back when I had friends and a dictionary I used to occasionally play a version of Call My Bluff (old TV show). Someone looks up an obscure word, invites the other players to submit false definitions (in secret) and then reads them all out (including the true one) for the others to guess. I liked that a lot, can't remember how the points worked now.

Actually complicated games are welcome too, just not too reliant on equipment/gizmos etc.
