Hands up who thinks this is basically OK when you're totally sure no one's crossing and it isn't part of a junction or whatever, just a straight road with a stupid pointless red light every now and then. All this 'it's the law' stuff is shite - if laws are stupid you don't have to listen, right?

Basically, some guy cycled past me after I had, after checking carefully upon approach and ascertaining safety of the following, cycled through a red light and yelled - "stop at red lights, yeah?". I didn't really know what to do so muscle memory kicked in and I called him a 'lycra-clad wanker' which I'm a bit ashamed about.

So yeah, cycling etiquette and that.
