Two main types of offenders:

1: Supermarket food - I'm not the biggest eco warrior, but jesus there's a lot of waste going on here.

2: Physical media (DVDs, CDs, games) - invariably to try and make it look like a 'special edition' with a cardboard slipcase featuring exactly the same cover art.
