How does sleep work, then?
Sorry if this is a bit cat_race, but I'm finding that if I get 7 or 8 hours sleep, i'm dead on my feet by 3pm (like I doid last night and like I am now.)
whereas on 5 hours sleep I'm musch more alert.
I'm onyl really any good when I've had about 11 hours or 5, I've worked out.
How does this work? Is it to do with this 90/180 minmute cycle stuff? I just want my bed. (although I know i'll be fine again by 6.)
