when you point out something pretty awful someone else has done just then, say "Yeah, but that's [persons name] innit?"

As if their awful personality trait is somehow excusable because "that's just the way they are". I guess that's it, they do it so often that it becomes expected, and people let it slide because of this.

This is ridiculous behaviour isn't it.
