Why is it that breast size varies more than any other body part? Hooters vary from fucking massive to almost non-existent. Do hands do that? No. Shins? No. I suppose there is quite a lot of variation in penis length but not to that extent... at least not on a case to case basis. Or is that just because I don't see that much cock?

I could be wrong, maybe there are other parts with as much size variety but I can't think of them.
