I'm not trolling, ok... but

Old man who had been quite unwell dies. I'm going to guess that almost everyone here hadn't been interested in listening/buying any records he'd made in the very recent past. I personally am fond of a few of his records made between 40-50 years ago. I'm presuming no one had known him personally.

Isn't it just a meaningless cliche to say it's sad?
