Do you even lift? - Equipment Edition
So, gym people. I have a bad foot and need some great trainers that are gonna protect me feet. I don't do much running in the gym though. Just need something stable.
Anyone got any ideas? What do you use?
Also: Other things you take. Like belts / water bottles. Just put it below else this threads gonna get 4 replies and three of those will be cat_race having a conversation with himself.
