Can someone suggest a way of placing a set of questions online, password-protected, that's not tied into an email account?

I was toying with the idea of setting up a Google Drive account to do this, but then this comes with an email account. It'd be too easy for someone to go in drunk and start emailing people from the account.

I'm just trying to take out a layer of the work from running AQOS. I haven't got time any more to send out 100+ PMs a week!

Any ideas?
