i have had constant problems with shockwave flash for a solid 2 years now i'd say. becuase, mystifyingly, there is no alternative to this absolute piece of shit it appears that i have to find some way of dealing with it. obviously i've tried all the 'solutions' that are most commonly suggested.

here's where i am at the moment : there's 2 flash things in my plugins, one is disabled (along with every single other plug-in for good measure).

Here's the two, the first one has been disabled (pepperflash). how do i delete it completely off my computer? and is there anything else i can do about this? it's driving me up the wall at this stage. literally screaming at my laptop
