Beyond: Two Souls gets reviews ranging from 4 to 10. Kinda intrigues me.
GTA Online goes live with bug fixes and by all accounts is muchos fun.
Final Fantasy 6 is coming to iOS and Android. CUT TO THE CHASE ALREADY?!
Ubisoft intriguingly say the Wii U version of Sleeping Dogs looks and plays better than the Xbox / PS3 one, which annoys lots of people.

On a personal level, completed Tomb Raider (barring a few GPS sites and collectibles I'm hunting for inbetween decent TV programmes).
Have incredibly mixed feelings about it, but generally thought it was superb. Loved the atmosphere, the island was an utter joy, like that all the areas reward you revisiting them a la Metroid / Arkham Asylum, voice acting was great and there were times where I just stood on the cliffs looking around thinking 'Fucking hell, this is a COMPUTER GAME but it's so lush'.
First TR game EVER to have decent combat too. Sure the AI could be a bit neanderthal like but generally I always felt up against it (played it on a harder setting) and pretty much only ever used the bow. What a weapon. Up there with gaming's greatest.
There was a LOT of it though, and for me TR games fall into two camps. As a series, it veers between being all about the caves and exploring (The original, Last Revelation, Anniversary, Underworld) and trying to flesh out Lara's character and give her a globe-trotting experience (3, Chronicles, Legend). I far prefer the former as I want giant water wheels, cogs, puzzles, a sense of isolation, etc not dialogue, hints, combat, etc. I think this game got the balance almost perfect and the pay off suggests that Lara is now fully-formed and happy to go raiding solo.
In fact, I've loved going back to the island after the last boss battles and exploring it on my own. It feels like the Tomb Raider experience I know and love.
There were some irritating things; why all those tutorials on hunting to survive then dropping them? The story was Uncharted (which in fairness was TR redone) mixed with Arkham, RE4 and MGS3. Too many violent deaths.
But yeah, generally the best game I've played in years. Next up for me, either AC2 or GTAV.
