I know it's ealry, but this weekend I am soaking my fruit for my christnmas cake and mince pies
I nornally do it around halloween, but I'm too busy this year.
Does anybody want me excellent Christmas cake recipe? Now is a good time to get soaking your fruit if you want to be able to feed your cake into oblivion between now and CHristmas.
Also, I am going to make mince pie martinis (rum, apple juice and harvey nichols mince pie syrup.)
