got an interview today and have to do a presentation, obviously have researched, practiced and amended and all but really need tips on how to SLOW down and BREATHE other than writing this all over my notes

also have to deliver a reading for pleasure activity...am doing Good Bad and Ugly book reviews...if anyone has a better plan/suggestion please give it, I've got 1/2 hour!
