You know - one of those things where, when you open up the document, you write in the address and a few other bits and it generates the letter for you.

Anyway - I've tried making one using some instructions i found online. When I go to open up the template, I get an "error 424 - object not found" message.

I'm wondering if there's anyone on here who'd be kind enough to have a look at it if I emailed it over to them. I've tried googling it / putting it in a bowl of rice / the post office / etc.
