basically - if you're over 24 and looking to get back into education, the government will fund the course for you.

it has to be at a level 3 or a level equivalent - so no cross stitching courses etc.

the government will pay FULLY and you will only have to pay back once you start earning 21k+, at a decent rate, natch.

however, if you use this as a stepping stone to go on to uni, (for example) then the amount owed gets wiped out.
