Sorry, bit of a vague title. Examples could be:

1) Upgraded to business class on a plane
2) Phoned up their mobile provider, threatened to leave and got a really good deal
3) Sneaked loads of free stuff using a self service till

All of these things I've failed at miserably. I've never got an upgrade even when I was on honeymoon and we requested it. I phoned up Orange, said I'd leave after 12 years of custom and thy said "ok, you'll be disconnected by tonight" and you can't cheat the self service tills. HOW?!
