Been getting into coffee a bit. A lot of people are into buying/trying different beans at home - but I've never found a coffee shop that gives you a choice of beans. Even the little wanky 'artisan' LME places only use one type of bean, and don't even tell you what it is or where it's from. Why not? Why isn't there a menu of several beans to choose from?
